Leadership

The Indianapolis Airport Authority (IAA) is governed by a board of 11 voting members appointed by the mayor of Indianapolis, president of the Indianapolis City-County Council, and officials from Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, and Morgan counties.

The IAA board usually meets at 8 a.m. on the third Friday of the month, and these meetings are open to the public. Board members will either attend in person or via Zoom, pursuant to Resolution No. 12-2016, the Board Policy on Electronic Participation in Meetings.
