Rachel Stevens

Rachel Stevens, an Ohio native, joined the Indianapolis Airport Authority in 2015. She serves as the Sr. Director of Human Resources, and during her tenure, the team has been recognized locally and nationally for strategic human resources initiatives with the internship program, training and development, and change management during the pandemic. Prior to joining the IAA, she spent over 11 years with Republic Airways holdings and PSA Airlines, where she served as an advisor to other senior leaders and executives on human resource strategic initiatives relating to human capital development and retention. Stevens earned a business degree from Wright State University and holds professional certifications from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP) and the Human Resources Certification Institute (PHR).
