Pulling for WishesSoaring for Autism
We know that traveling can be difficult for some children and adults with autism. We also know that preparation is the key to helping make the travel experience easier. Participants with autism and their companion (parents, caregivers, friends, siblings) can experience the steps most people take when coming to the airport.
Snowplow Artwork - IND Airport Operations
Through the years, art students from McClelland Elementary School of Wayne Township have designed and painted an 18-foot airport snowplow. The special snowplow is on display for several weeks until it's called into action to keep the runways and roadways clear of snow.
