Volunteer Ambassador Program
When landing in Indianapolis for the first time, it can be difficult for visitors to get their bearings. Our ambassadors are here to answer questions about transportation, baggage claim and other airport services.
At IND, we embody the spirit of Hoosier Hospitality and are always seeking friendly volunteer airport representatives who can answer questions and help passengers. Airport ambassadors will help greet, assist and direct passengers and visitors, providing general information about both the airport and the City of Indianapolis.
