Public Meeting Notice
The Board of the Indianapolis Airport Authority will meet at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, August 16, 2024. Board members will either attend in person in the Airport’s Board Room (Room 11T.413) located inside the main terminal building of the Indianapolis International Airport, 7800 Col. H. Weir Cook Memorial Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46241, or instead attend remotely. The public is also invited to attend by remote access using Zoom at the following URL:

TEFRA Public Hearing Notice: During the meeting, the Board will hold a Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act (TEFRA) public hearing on the following item:
- General Ordinance No. 04-2024, a supplement to the IAA’s Master Bond Ordinance (05-2014).
Members of the public may submit comments in one of two ways:
- Comments may be emailed to publiccomment@ind.com prior to the meeting no later than 8:00 a.m.; or
- If you have a comment during the public hearing, you may submit it online by entering it in the Q&A panel in Zoom Webinar
Immediately following the regular board meeting, the IAA Board Master Plan Policy Committee Meeting will be taking place at 9:00 a.m. in the Airport’s Board Room (Room 11T.413). The public is also invited to attend by remote access using Zoom at the following URL:
