Public Meeting Notice

INDIANAPOLIS — The Board of the Indianapolis Airport Authority will meet at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, July 19, 2024. Board members will either attend in person in the Airport’s Board Room (Room 11T.413) located inside the main terminal building of the Indianapolis International Airport, 7800 Col. H. Weir Cook Memorial Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46241, or attend remotely. The public is also invited to attend by remote access using Zoom at the following URL:

During the meeting, the Board will hold a public hearing on the following item:

  • General Ordinance No. 03-2024, concerning Indianapolis Airport Authority’s 2025 budget.

Members of the public may submit comments in one of two ways:

  1. Comments may be emailed to publiccomment@ind.com before the meeting no later than 8:00 a.m.; or
  2. If you have a comment during the public hearing, you may submit it online by entering it in the Q&A panel in the panel in Zoom Webinar. To open the Q&A panel click the “Q&A” icon on the toolbar and click the “Ask a Question” button. Type your comment into the dialog box and click the Send button to submit.

Following the regular board meeting, the Reliever Airport Committee of the Board will embark on a tour of two reliever airports owned and operated by the IAA: Hendricks County Airport and Eagle Creek Airpark.
